A BIM model contains a lot of important information that becomes more and more concrete as the planning process progresses. Our Prefab.suite ensures VOB-compliant quantities and masses and offers formula-based parameter values without having to be able to program. Not forgetting the export options for pipe networks and air ducts for prefabrication, e.g. to the e-klimaX / win-klimaX or SMARTCut software.

VOB

Determine VOB-compliant dimensions for piping and air ducts. Use this function to automatically calculate the VOB lengths and VOB areas for newly created or modified MEP components in your Revit® model.

CALC

offers the automatic calculation of parameters based on formulas, including automatic updating in the event of component changes. The configuration is created once and can be transferred to any project.

Air duct prefabrication

Export the air duct components of your Revit® BIM model to the e-klimaX / win-klimaX software, including structural information such as room and level assignment and system data. Update the status information from prefabrication or assembly in your model to visualize the progress.

Piping prefabrication

Export the pipe segment data for further use in prefabrication, e.g. to SMARTCut software, to minimize waste and bring your BIM model to the construction site.

Fazit:

The ekkodale Prefab.suite supports you comprehensively in the secure provision of fabrication information for piping and air duct components. This is complemented by VOB-compliant quantity takeoffs for building services and formula-based calculations for parameters in Revit® without the need for programming. Position numbers for pipe runs and the generation of shot lengths round off the package.
